A Ballot Measure race is a specific type of race that only has yes/no options and no surveys to send to candidates.
Choose “Ballot Measure” when creating a race. To avoid losing data, you cannot currently convert a race from one type to another.
Ballot measures have topics, and each topic gets a general description and fields to describe the impact of either a “yes” or a “no” vote.
