To improve search engine indexing, we are working on a beta feature to embed election guides that use query strings in the URL instead of hash routing. The tradeoff is that URLs are slightly less user-friendly: they look like example.com/electionguide/?race=city-council--1234&topic=housing instead of example.com/electionguide/#/1234/city-council/topic/housing).
